The Flower

The flower is a gift of the universe; it’s the manifestation of Nature’s love that we can see, smell, touch and feel.
From the botanical point of view it is the reproductive organ of  angiosperm plants (angeion: receiver; sperm: seed), the great transformation of leaves. The chalice is composed by sepals which keep the green colour given by the chlorophyll. The petals, which constitutes the corolla, generally offer vivid colors. At the proper time they develop in the shape of stamen: the masculine organ of the flowers. The carpel or

feminine organs are transformed stamens.
As a flower is a process of many transformations, we can say that flower is the highest plants’ expression.
According to the principle of vibration, we can define flower in the summit of blossoming as the supreme creation of plants; at that moment its vitality and energy are in the greatest representation.
As any other living beings, the flower possesses a subtle energetic field that emerges from its inner life and appears as a harmonic display of forms, shapes and colors.
Each flower owns a particular vibratory field; the characteristic of this field is the condition of a unique quality.

The Flower’s Essence

Essence is a word that comes from the Latin word essential; it denotes the nature of things; the aspect that remains in the middle of changes.

Plants and flowers used by Dr. Jorge Luis Raff for the development of his Floral System go through a Natural Alchemy which involves the significant powers of the four elements of Matter.

EARTH and AIR conduce and contribute to the state of maturity of plants.

SUN or FIRE is used to liberate the soul of the plant from its body.
